Shipping Policy

We do our best to get every order packed, shipped, and delivered as smoothly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow the package as it makes its way to you.

Domestic Shipping

For domestic orders, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, shipping method, destination, and time of year.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, we ask that you allow one full week for the package to turn up. In many cases, packages are marked delivered before they are actually dropped off, delivered to a nearby location, or returned to the carrier for redelivery.

During that time, we recommend checking around your property, with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier directly.

If the package still has not arrived after one week, we will submit a claim with the carrier. Once the claim process is underway, we can help replace the order when appropriate.

International Shipping

We ship international orders on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost at checkout. They are collected by your local government, customs office, or delivery carrier.

Please research your local import regulations, taxes, and duty requirements before placing an order.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal service. If an international package has been in transit with no signs of delivery 30 days after the order date, we will review the shipment and either replace or refund the order when appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are always happy to help when a package goes missing, but carrier delays and delivery scans can sometimes be outside of our control.

If your order appears lost or unusually delayed, contact us with your order number and tracking information. We’ll help review the shipment and determine the next best step.
